Mammoth converts DOCX content inside a browser worker. Imported HTML is sanitized before it reaches the editor so scripts, event attributes, and unsupported markup are removed.
Edited content may be stored as a lightweight local draft in IndexedDB on this device. The original uploaded DOCX binary and the generated PDF are not persisted there.
