Storage choices you can control
Last updated July 28, 2026. Cookies and similar browser storage support preferences and optional services; document processing does not depend on accepting optional categories.
Necessary storage
A consent-preference record remembers which categories you accepted or rejected. This storage is necessary so the site can respect a prior choice and avoid asking on every page. The core tools continue to work when analytics and advertising are rejected.
Local draft storage
IndexedDB is a browser database rather than a traditional advertising cookie. When you edit content in a tool that supports draft restoration, the site can store lightweight editable text or editor data under a tool-specific key. It does not store an uploaded PDF or DOCX binary. Draft controls let you restore or discard the local record.
Analytics category
No analytics service is configured by default. If privacy-conscious analytics is enabled later, its script will load only after analytics consent. The permitted events are limited to general tool activity and exclude document contents, filenames, draft text, generated files, and sensitive metadata.
Advertising category
Advertising can support free access. After a valid AdSense publisher account is configured, advertising scripts may load only after advertising consent. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to select, measure, and protect advertisements according to their policies.
Web app cache
The service worker may cache static pages, local JavaScript, styles, icons, and article content. This improves repeat visits and can enable limited offline use. The cache is not configured to store selected documents, generated downloads, advertising responses, analytics requests, or document contents.
Change or withdraw consent
Choose “Cookie settings” in the footer to reopen the preferences panel. You can accept all categories, reject optional categories, or save a custom choice. You can also delete site data or block cookies in browser settings. Blocking necessary storage may cause the consent panel to reappear and can disable local draft restoration.
