Tell us what needs attention
Email is the direct contact method for tool feedback, accessibility reports, privacy questions, advertising concerns, and content corrections.
What to include in a bug report
Describe the tool you used, the step where the problem occurred, the exact message shown on the page, and whether the problem happens again after a refresh. Include your browser name and version, operating system, device type, and approximate file size.
You can explain the general document structure—for example, “a 12-page text-based PDF with two columns”—without including document text. A screenshot of the interface can help if it does not reveal private information.
Do not email sensitive documents
Please do not attach confidential, personal, financial, medical, legal, employment, or otherwise sensitive documents. Do not paste document contents, passwords, access links, or private metadata into the message. EditableDocument is designed to process files locally; emailing a file would bypass that privacy model.
Other reasons to write
- Report an accessibility barrier or keyboard-navigation problem.
- Request a correction to an article, policy, or tool explanation.
- Ask how local drafts, consent preferences, or optional third-party services work.
- Report an advertisement that is misleading or too close to a tool control.
- Suggest a document task that can be implemented safely in a static browser architecture.
There is no contact form because a form would require a submission service and additional data handling. Use the email link above and share only what is necessary.
